We source all types of natural stone (marble, granite, quartzite, limestone, travertine), engineered stone (quartz, sintered stone), stone finished products (countertops, vanities, mosaics) and ceramic tiles. We also offer consolidation for related building materials like cabinets, hardware and lighting.
No, we don't have MOQ requirements. We can handle small orders (even 1 container) and large bulk orders. For small orders, we will consolidate your products with other buyers to save shipping costs if needed.
We have a 3-stage quality control process: 1) Pre-production: Verify raw materials and production plan; 2) In-production: Random inspection during production; 3) Pre-shipment: 100% inspection before loading. We provide detailed photo/video reports for each stage and can arrange third-party inspection (SGS, BV) if required.
The lead time depends on the product type and quantity. For standard stone slabs, the lead time is 15-25 days after order confirmation; for custom finished products (countertops, vanities), it's 25-45 days. Shipping time varies by destination (20-40 days for sea freight, 3-7 days for air freight).
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Western Union for small payments. The standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we can negotiate more flexible payment terms.
